ANRI Nativity Sets
Only three short words, but what a difference they can make! "Made to Order" is just another way of saying that you, the customer, are worth the effort it takes to provide you with finished products that are exactly what you require or desire for your particular needs. We carry several types of product lines for which the opportunity to "special order" might be particularly important or useful:
-
collectibles (Giuseppe Armani figurines, ANRI Nativities, etc.)
-
ceramics (for specific groupings of tableware & matching serving pieces; place settings or quantity orders; size and/or patterns for decorative ceramics; customized or personalized ceramic pieces)
-
table linens
-
bedroom and bath linens
Recognizing the importance of making "special order" services available to our customers, we have entered into appropriate agreements with several of the Companies with whom we do business. These arrangements give us the opportunity to submit special or customized orders to them, and enable us to meet the unique needs or requests of our customers.
The "special order" opportunities that we can currently make available to you include:

La Gioconda: Handmade ceramics (tableware, serving pieces, decorative pieces; personalization)

ANRI: Hand-carved Nativity Sets (starter sets, figurine selection to "build" a Nativity set over time)

Perlage, srl: table linens, bedroom linens, draperies
Placing Special Orders: Terms and Agreements
1. Full payment of the purchase price, to be remitted at the time the order is placed with us, is required for all special orders.
2. Estimated wait time ("time-to-delivery") is dependent upon the type of special order, and the particular type of product being purchased.
3. When the "special order" product(s) arrives at our shop, it will be checked for accuracy and inspected to ensure that it has not been damaged in shipment. We will then notify the customer, via e-mail and/or telephone, that their order has arrived and is ready to be shipped to them. Payment of shipping charges will be due and payable before the special order can be shipped.
4. If a special order that we have submitted on behalf of a customer cannot be completed by the artist or filled by our vendor due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price. NOTE: This is the only exception to the Refund Policy as stated on our Customer Service page.
